You will receive a confirmation email and text directly upon completing your booking. Please only book one session per day unless we have advised you otherwise. You will also receive an email with a COVID-19 screening form, which must be completed and submitted prior to your appointment. Please stay in your vehicle until you see the practitioner at the clinic door, where your temperature will be taken. Please attend wearing a mask. Please be sure to arrive on time rather than early, we are attempting to keep a strict gap between patients.
