I offer both face-to-face and online sessions via Skype from my office in Cardiff city centre.

This offers you greater levels of flexibility and versatility of service. Whether you prefer the face-to-face experience or the flexibility of working virtually, I'll work around you. Simply book your preferred option and I'll be ready to work with you either in person or on screen.

IN-PERSON INSTRUCTIONS

When arriving at Brunel House, please sign in at reception via the automated system* and choose REGUS for purpose of visit. Take the elevator to the 15th floor and the REGUS reception staff will direct you to my waiting area. Please arrive at the REGUS reception five minutes before your session start time.

Brunel House is a 4-minute walk from Cardiff Queen Street train station and ample parking is available in the vicinity. Please download the NCP app for discounted rates if using their nearby car parking facilities.

*Brunel House visitors must sign in via an automated system using photograph technology. Please be assured this is only for fire regulations and all data is automatically deleted every 24 hours.

ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS

Please provide your MS Teams address when prompted at booking stage. We can then send a connection request ready for your session. MS Teams is free and easy to download to most devices via their website and all app stores.
