Nick is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in trauma, childhood trauma, autism-related issues, anxiety, and depression. He utilises a mix of Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mentalization Based Therapy for families (MBT-F), and Schema Therapy.
