This is a Domestic Pest Service - If you wish to book a pest treatment at a Business or Commercial Site, please contact SDK via email or telephone as these cannot be booked online.

Our appointments are between 8am and 5pm ( Monday to Friday ) with the option to request either a Morning or Afternoon slot. - Postcode allocation applies, and as such, SDK reserves the right to change bookings from the morning to the afternoon and vice versa. Timed appointments are not supported within your Councils service and treatment charges where applicable, are set by your Council and include VAT.

Please Note that for Environmental reasons, we do not treat Foxes, Rabbits, Spiders, Woodworm or any Bee Species. SDK only treats Mice and Squirrels Indoors.

  2. Select the Council Area where you are located and then click SEE TIMES

  3. Pick your preferred treatment date and slot and then click the TIME SLOT

  4. Enter your details

• For free of charge treatments - Click BOOK

• For chargeable treatments - Click PAY

• Enter your card payment details - Click PAY NOW

That’s it. You will receive an e-mail and text and if you have given a mobile contact number. Later you will receive appointment confirmation, a copy of our terms and conditions, relevant pest fact sheet with pre-treatment actions and a VAT invoice for any payment made.

As this service is provided on behalf of your Council this MUST match the area where the treatment will take place, if not we are obliged to cancel the appointment, refund your payment and release the timeslot for others to reserve.

SDK will aim to book a follow up appointment (if required), 14 days after the initial booking date in the same time slot. If this is unsuitable, you can request this be changed by emailing with new suggested visit dates.

Residents in Receipt of Qualifying Benefits

Some Councils offer residents further discounts for certain pest treatments. Details of the pests and discount levels offered are on your Council website for you to view.

If you qualify and wish to apply for this discount, your council requires us to confirm your eligibility, so please email us at

We need your - name, postcode, phone number (preferably a mobile) and the pest you wish treated - you must attach proof of current entitlement. We can only accept evidence as jpg or pdf versions to validate your application. Once entitlement is confirmed, we will contact you to assist with your booking and in accordance with our Privacy Policy any attached documents will be destroyed / deleted once processing is complete.

Landlords / Letting Agents

If you are a landlord, letting agent or estate agent booking on behalf of another person, you should email in advance as it is unlikely you can accurately tick the residency validation. If you do not SDK reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Amend or Cancel a Booking

You can amend your treatment date or cancel your booking via the first confirmation email you receive. Cancellations trigger a full refund of any payment made if made before we visit.
