This service is for patients 12 years and over only.

All patients between the age of 12 -15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Only book an appointment if requested to do so by your GP Surgery.

All hospital and consultant blood test requests should be seen within a hospital setting.

All children under the age of 12 must also be seen in a hospital setting.

Please ensure you bring a paper version of your blood test form (provided by your GP) to your appointment. We DO NOT have printing facilities within our clinical areas. If you arrive without your blood test form your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

If you require an urgent blood test please contact your GP Surgery and they will refer you via an Urgent Pathway.

Telephone lines are available for those unable to access the internet. All appointments available will be shown via this booking page, including any known cancellations. Please check back regularly if you do not see a suitable appointment. We highly recommend looking at availability across all clinics before booking a blood test.
