IMPORTANT INFORMATION

WEEKDAY (OUT OF HOURS) STRUCTURAL MANIPULATION MEDICINE - BOOKING INFORMATION

Structural Manipulation to include case history, examination and treatment.

Please choose this option if you:

Require a quick structural adjustment to your overall body as part of a regular maintenance programme and a structured rehabilitation training programme to follow at home. The purpose of this treatment is to keep your body aligned correctly and allow your muscle groups to develop in a much more uniformed manner around the joints that are manipulated. Perfect for those who have regular sports massage and feel they would benefit for the extra range of motion and flexibility that their body will allow them to achieve.

Allow 25 minutes for your appointment (plus some administration time).

Cancellations & Non-Attendance

1. Cancellation / No Show Policy for Appointments

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you may be invoiced for 50% of the treatment cost (that you missed) or payment in full for cancellations on the day as well as being asked to pay for the next treatment in advance.

2. Scheduled Appointments

We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other patients and clinician on time. If a patient arrives 15 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment and subsequently this would be deemed as a non-attendance

The Werx Clinic

The clinic practitioner is a fully qualified Biomechanics Physiologist, Advanced Medical Acupuncturists, Myobiologist, and Sport & Biomedical Scientist. He has been a senior lecturer of Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine, Sports Science, Biomechanics and Sports Injuries for over a decade. So being an honour graduate and educational postgraduate affords you the comfort that you are in safe, knowledgeable and very experienced hands.
