You may book an appointment to discuss retirement options via phone, or to schedule an appointment to come in and sign paperwork to enter DROP or retire.

If you are ready to sign your DROP or RETIREMENT (going home) paperwork, the earliest you may do so is 4-6 months prior to your date. Please keep that in mind when scheduling your appointment.

You also have the option to access your personal account at www.trsl.org. When accessing your account, you have access to see everything I see. That includes estimates, your DROP date, date you can retire and go home, years of service, and so much more. You can also, update your personal information, and enter DROP, or retire online through Teacher Retirement System of Louisiana (TRSL).

If you prefer not to come in and see me or do your paperwork online with TRSL. You have the option to go online at www.trsl.org, go to forms, and pull the documents needed to enter DROP or retire, or I can mail or email the documents to you. Simply send me an email with your request.
