CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation policy is in enforcement.

Any cancellation up to 48 hours is free.

Cancellations within 48 hours incurs a £50 admin and booking fee. This is the fee taken to book a treatment and will become NON REFUNDABLE if cancelled or rearranged within 48hrs of your appt. If you rearrange your free top up more than once with a 48 hr notice period a £50 fee will be charged if still within the 3mths after initial treatment. All top ups outside of 3 months will revert to annual top up costs.

Rearranging of Included tops up will be charged at £50 when cancelled within 48hrs notice.

No shows or cancellations on the working day are 100% of the booking fee.

Please note this has become necessary due to no shows and late cancellations which another client could've taken with adequate notice.
