Please schedule sessions in advance to ensure availability.
Cancellation, Refund & Scheduling Policy:
No Refunds. No cancellations. All cancellations & all no-shows will be charged 100% of the price of the session they were scheduled for, no exceptions. Rescheduling is not permitted on specialty offers and select offers, please review individual offer details or contact the office with questions before booking. For instances where rescheduling is allowed please review the following: Rescheduling, is the client's responsibility & must occur 36 hours before the start of the originally scheduled session. If the client does not reschedule, it will be considered a cancellation or a no-show, therefore the client will be charged 100% of the price of the session they were scheduled for, no exceptions. For sessions allowing rescheduling, the client may reschedule the session a maximum of 2 times(this is based on availability & availability cannot be guaranteed).however all aspects of rescheduling, including the sessions being rescheduled
MUST all be scheduled/rescheduled and completed before the end of the month in which the initial session was scheduled.
