About West Denver Endocrinology
215 S Wadsworth Blvd, Ste. 530, Lakewood, CO 80226 (located in the Belmar Plaza Office Condos, above BMO, just north of the Alameda & Wadsworth intersection).
Only outpatient endocrine and diabetes care is provided. Patients must maintain a PCP for all other healthcare needs and for non-endocrine medications. A referral is mandatory for all new patients.
