THIS IS A LIVE APPOINTMENT BOOKING SYSTEM. IT WILL ALWAYS SHOW THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS. THIS MAY CHANGE SO PLEASE RETURN TO THIS PAGE TO CHECK FOR ANY EARLIER APPOINTMENTS DUE TO CANCELLATIONS.

ALL New Patients MUST complete their details in full as this information is required for clinic registration purposes. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled. Appointment fees and information will be on the appointment confirmation email. Please read through this.

FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL INSURANCE PATIENTS: Before attending your appointment, it is your responsibility to ensure that your treatment costs are covered in full by your insurance provider as you will be liable for any costs refused by your insurer. Payment will be taken at the end of each appointment and a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurer to reclaim the costs.

BUPA UK, AXA, Vitality and AVIVA Policies NO LONGER COVER MY FEES (BUPA Global/International Policies WILL cover my fees). If your provider does not cover me and you still wish to schedule an appointment, then you will be personally liable for the full appointment cost. If you have any questions with regards to this, please contact me directly on the email below BEFORE booking your appointment.

To avoid any confusion with appointment times, please add the appointment directly to your diary. You may do this directly via the links provided below your email confirmation.

The clinic is located at the Warren Street end of Tottenham Court Road. The nearest TFL stations are: Warren Street, Goodge Street & Euston square and Tottenham Court Road station respectively.

CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS:
To avoid being charged the full cost of your appointment, we will require at least 48hours for New Patient Appointments and 24 hrs notice for Follow Up Appointments.

This will allow us to offer your appointment to another patient. If there are unpaid invoices, subsequent appointments WILL NOT be accepted until the outstanding invoices are settled.**
