BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
IMPORTANT When attending your blood test appointment please ensure you bring the paper version of your blood test form (provided by your GP or Clinician) otherwise your blood test may not be possible.
ON ARRIVAL You must arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you are late your appointment may need to be rescheduled. **Please note: If you require booking confirmation via SMS or Email, you will need to provide a mobile telephone number/email address in the boxes indicated when booking you slot.
