In-person sessions take place at my private office at Mexborough Business Centre, Dolcliffe Road, Mexborough, S64 9JP — easily reached from Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley and Sheffield. Free parking on site. Online sessions are available via Zoom to clients anywhere in the UK and worldwide. Please select the appropriate session type when booking.

Before You Book This work is for psychologically stable adults and young people aged 16 and over who are ready for structured, identity-level change. It is not crisis intervention and it is not a substitute for psychiatric or medical care. Payment is due at the point of booking and is non-refundable. Appointments may be rearranged with a minimum of one week's notice. By booking you confirm this service is appropriate for your circumstances.
