Ealing Community Diagnostic Centre

The Ealing Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) provides a range of diagnostic tests by referral only. There is no walk-in facility. The centre is run by London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.

This is an online booking service for blood test appointments. You can book an appointment only if your GP has requested a blood test for you and you are over 16 years of age.
