USF: ITS Helpdesk

This service offers face to face appointments with an ITS Help Desk technician. We provide technical support for macOS or Windows platforms and hardware repair for USF owned assets and coordinate loaners for permitted uses. Note: Before making an appointment with us, you must have an existing ServiceNow ticket.
