By taking part in services at Partridge Horse Hill, you consent to picture/video of the services to be used by/for Partridge Horse Hill, Natural Horsemanship Association, Lindsey Partridge, and/or Harmony Horsemanship indefinitely. No remuneration of any kind is provided for use of picture/video. If you do not wish to be in any pictures/video it is your responsibility to notify staff or anyone taking pictures/video at the time of service or when you notice someone taking pictures/video.
You also agree and consent to the liability that is posted and available at the facility. There are inherit risk associated with participating in Equine activities and you consent to those risks. Partridge Horse Hill, Lindsey Partridge, Natural Horsemanship Association, and/or Harmony Horsemanship it's friends, employees, volunteers, customers, and/or contract workers are not responsible or liable for injury, damage, or death to person(s), animal(s), or property.
