Hi, I am Libby. ​I am a Norland-trained nanny and have always loved cooking with the children I looked after and even more so when I had my own children.

I am also trained as a Montessori practitioner and spent nine years running the baby room at a Montessori nursery.

Cooking has always been a strong passion of mine so getting the chance to spread my love of cooking to both adults and children alike through The Happy Kitchen Food Company is a real dream come true.
