Please follow these instructions to schedule an appointment with me. Remember to include your contact number and e-mail address when scheduling your appointment. I will contact you via e-mail at, before, or during the appointment and answer any questions that you may or may not have. Appointments can last a few minutes to a whole day, depending on the severity of the problem, but there may be instances where I finish up early with another user and I may be able to fit you in at an earlier time. I will contact you if this is the case. On Remote Assistance appointments, I do require that you have either full version of Team Viewer or the Quick Support version of Team Viewer downloaded and installed to the device needing remote servicing. During the appointment, I will ask you for the User ID and password that Team Viewer assigns to your device. For security purposes, these change with every launch of the program. According to the rules and policies set by Mom, family members are never charged for my services. If you are not a member of my family, I will have to charge you for this service, which I will be happy to negotiate with you before your scheduled appointment. Upon the negotiated rate, I will e-mail you an invoice for Payment via Paypal. The reason for this is because you are taking advantage of my time, education, knowledge, and many years of experience. Mom sacrificed for many years in order for me to acquire this knowledge and supported me all the way through. If you have a problem with this or you are unable to pay, you may E-mail Mom at email@example.com and request an exemption.
