Appointment Booking

• Appointments with the team can be booked up to 1 week in advance.
• Pam's appointment calendar opens 7 days in advance, except for Friday and Saturday appointments will open on Monday.

Age Policy

• Unfortunately, we cannot provide treatment for patients over 75 years old.

Booking Policy

• If you are unsure whether you can attend, please do not reserve appointment slots online and change them later, as this may prevent other patients from booking.
• If you are busy or unforeseen circumstances arise, you may book on the same day you wish to attend, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee an appointment.

Laser Therapy Medical Grade

• If you require Laser Therapy, please book it specifically. Do not book another treatment expecting to change it to Laser Therapy, as we only have one laser machine, which is shared by Max and Pam.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 2 days' notice will incur a cancellation fee. Future appointments may require payment in advance.
• If you change your appointment more than twice, we may refuse to accept future advance bookings unless payment is made upfront. No refunds will be given for changes made with less than 2 days' notice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment, and the full fee will be charged.
• Patients who do not attend their appointment without notice (No Show) will not be able to book future appointments.

Opening Hours:

Monday–Friday: 10:00–20:00 (Last appointment: 18:30 or 19:00)

Saturday: 09:30–18:30 (Last appointment: 17:00 or 17:30)

Treatment Information:

All treatments are carried out professionally. For all massage treatments, both male and female clients are required to keep their underwear on or wear sports shorts if preferred.

Please note that massage oil is used during many treatments and may come into contact with your clothing.
