North Highlands Elementary

North Highlands Elementary School is a hidden gem located in North Shreveport, Louisiana. It is a Pre-K through 5th grade school nestled in the heart of the North Highlands Community with an estimated student population of 400. North Highlands has been recognized as a Top Gains school for the past 2 years, led the region in academic growth in 2019, recognized by the state for academic growth, increased overall school performance score over the past 3 years, and is home of Caddo Parish’s 2020 Elementary Principal of the Year. Such accomplishments are attributed to our growth mindset and the positive atmosphere we intentionally set each year.
